You may cancel your order prior to it being shipped.
After the customers receive the confirmation of the order, you will receive a link from a different email with the tracking information within 1-2 Business days. Track your order by clicking the link found in the shipping information email.
If you need to cancel the order, please log into your account and go to cancel order as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to alter or cancel the order. Please note: we will process your order immediately, to ensure that the order can arrive as quickly as possible.
At the payment page, you will see multiple options to pay. You can pay via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking.
After selecting from a category of available types of bags (backpack, duffels, messengers etc), you can choose from our wide range of bags and colour options. After having chosen your bag, a pop up will direct you to further purchasing a fixed set of badges that our designers have paired to go with your bag. You may choose from these looks we have created or further peruse the badges selection to choose badges you would like to adorn your bag.
At the title marked “Register your BadgePack”, please fill in the details requested. Once submitted, your serial code will be matched with our backend database and if all the inputted information is correct, you will receive a message letting you know that your product has been successfully registered, therein activating its warranty policy.
You are advised to register your BadgePack within 15 days of your purchase, to make sure we are able to verify warranty activation on the product. If you register post 15 days of purchase, it may take us longer to verify your purchase.
In the case you don’t register your BadgePack, it makes it difficult for us to track the authenticity of your product and therein unable to provide warranty on your product.

After selecting from our categories of badges (embroidered, handmade, printed), you can choose from a wide list of available options. To further explore our other badges you can either scroll in our “all badges” section or use the filters on the left hand side to narrow your search to a particular badge you may be looking for.

Please read the description of the badge which will have its dimensions. Our badges range from 3cm in length to 40cm in length.

Apart from our customised badges, your product will reach you in approximately 1-2 business days when shipped locally within Thailand. International Shipping can take upto 2 weeks.

As our customised badge are made specially on order, to your desired design preferences, it takes our artisans a few extra days to work on these badges. Upon ordering your customised badge, you will be sent an email which will update you on the time it will take to dispatch the products. Printed Badges may be dispatched in upto 5 working days while handmade or large order badges will have varying time depending on the amount of work involved.

No, a custom badge can’t be returned as it has been specially for you. We will however replace the badge in case of manufacturing defect.

Yes, you can. Please note that the reverse shipping cost back to BadgePack Offices will be borne by the customer. The badge should be unused and with all its packaging. Your refund for the same amount will be processed only once we receive the product and run it through a quality check.

Account

Please log into your account and go to the personal details section. After selecting the detail you want to update, click the required action such as Add/Delete/Edit and you may therein make any changes to your information.

Shipping

Locally our shipping rate works on the basis of weight of goods.

Upto 1 kg will be 100 THB
1-3 kg will be 130 THB
3-5 kg will be 150THB
Over 5 kg will be 250THB

If shipped internationally, DHL helps us calculate shipping on the basis of weight of goods being shipped and the distance goods are to be sent.

Yes, the custom duties and taxes are responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery.

You will get notified when your order gets shipped or you can simply track your order status from your account in the website.

Standard – 15 to 20 days.

The reverse shipping will be borne by the customer, unless the wrong order has been sent by BadgePack, in which case BadgePack will bear the cost. We request you to send the product back to us at:
