Introduction
ioGlutamatergic Neurons and ioAstrocytes are human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived glutamatergic neurons and astrocytes, deterministically programmed using opti-ox鈩� technology. This protocol describes a method for co-culturing ioGlutamatergic Neurons with ioAstrocytes to facilitate research into complex neuroglial interactions.
